## Narrative

Employee was walking back to belt entry after taking equipment out to the track, he stepped on a piece of belting laying on the floor and twisted his ankle. Cause of this injury was employee awareness to the task at hand. Compliance with rules/regs. not a factor, miner proficiency could be a factor, PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/systems not a factor.
