Narrative

Employee was bolting in #7 entry about 3 rows inby corner. While he was swinging pod out to bolt the corner, rib rolled out striking employee's left ankle. (2 bones fractured) Rib was 78"" long x 39"" wide x 32"" thick. Rib was behind curtain. Employee was treated at Raleigh General Hospital.
