## Narrative

Employee never reported a workplace incident.  On or about November 1, 2015, employee advised that treated one year prior for trigger finger.  He followed up, and his doctor opined that his condition resulted from repeated motion and prolonged day-in and day-out exposure to the work environment.  Employee underwent surgery on November 23, 2015.
