Employee reported late, and said he overslept. The following day, he reported unfit for work, due to having taken medication and being emotionally unstable due to personal problems. He was sent home to get some sleep. Nov. 23, he showed up late and demanded to go to the doctor, which he did. He was given two weeks of restricted duty that would preclude him from performing his job.
