## Narrative

Miner was turning water pressure back on at 2 block 2 east at the end of the belt spur (after installing booster pump). His hands slipped off handle and fell over backwards hitting the back of his head on the edge of a supply car causing a laceration that required staples. No problems with mining methods, ppe, training or compliance issues.
