## Narrative

Employee states while moving miner back out of cut dropped his head walking through a wing curtain and tripped over a pile of spilled coal or gob losing his balance, caught his self and didn't fall to mine floor, but twisted his back. Taken to emergency room. Employee also stated he has an ongoing back issue with disk deterioration.
