## Narrative

Tilden Plant Repairman was torqueing bolts on #2 Dryer with a high torque hydraulic wrench.  Employee placed hand on wrench and asked partner to apply hydraulic pressure.  At this time his finger became caught in between the wrench and bull gear flange, resulting in 13 stitches.  Employee is off work on administrative leave post drug and alcohol testing.
