## Narrative

During a maintenance shut down, employee was stepping onto a belt in order to access the dust mitigation system. As he stepped onto the working surface he did not notice that it was slippery. He slipped and fell to a sitting position and contacted a 12"" vertical metal ""skirt board"" with his back and left side. Upon Dr. exam and x-ray, was found to have one fractured rib.
