## Narrative

Employee slipped on ice and fell on his knee. He was taken to the ER and released to work. On 12/21/15, employee notified supervisor his knee continued to hurt. He was taken to an orthopedic specialist and taken off work pending the results of an MRI.  Currently ONGOING.
