## Narrative

Miner was using a chain fall to position the rock box for the 3 East transfer. He felt a pain in his left shoulder while pulling down on the chain fall trying to maneuver the rock box into its proper location. Given time off for shoulder pain. Was reaching overhead to pull down. No problems with mining methods, ppe, training or compliance issues.
