## Narrative

An employee sustained burns to the left side of his body. The dryer feed belt had gone down, causing an accumulation of 210 degree crystal and liquid. The employee was standing in front of the chute washing the material off of the belt. A blockage higher in the chute broke free and ejected hot material where he was standing, he tried to turn away but it contacted his left side.
