## Narrative

Mechanic was loading shovel teeth in the back of service truck, using a jib crane. As EE placed one in the bed, dust came up and EE felt it go under safety glasses and into eye. EE went to the shop, reported to supervisor, taken to the ER. EE's eyes were flushed, prescription to prevent infection, and returned to work.
