## Narrative

Using a pneumatic ""tugger"" winch to pull drill rods to lay down position while tripping out of the hole.  Then putting winch line in stow & was trying to roll winch line on neatly.  While doing had his hand in improper place so when the winch line was pulled tight his finger was in between bracket mounted on and winch line. His finger then ""smashed"" between the cable and bracket.
