An unplanned ignition of coal dust occurred internally in a coal mill. There were no injuries to people, nor was there damage to equipment. This incident was called into the MSHA Reporting Hotline on December 10, 2015. Confirmation was received by the MSHA Henderson Field Office Supervisor. This is a follow up written report.
