Narrative

Employee was roof bolting outby on the supply road. While installing a 6' bolt, EE had first 3' section of steel in the mine roof and was in the process of connecting the 2nd steel when the first steel dropped down pinching the web (between index finger and thumb) of EE's right hand. This caused a laceration to the hand and had to have stitches to close the wound.
