Narrative

Employee was walking to the shop to enter the warehouse, snow covered ground and ice was underneath the snow, EE slipped and fell strained EE's back. Cause of this injury was employee not paying attention to EE's task and heavy snow. Compliance with rules/regs., mining equipment not a factor. PPE (Proper footwear for snow) and miner proficiency could be a factor.
