Two miners were on top of the Miracle Run Elevator (30' from top) chipping ice off shaft wall, that was found in the previous inspection. A piece of ice fell and tripped the limit switch on shaft bottom causing an entrapment for approx. 85 minutes. No problems with training, ppe, mining machines or compliance issues.
