The person responsible for the daily inspection of the elevator got stuck on the elevator. Schindler Elevator Service was called to evaluate and correct the issue. Ice buildup on a door switch was found to have caused the issue. The employee was freed at approximately 5:40 AM. The elevator was thoroughly examined, evaluated and returned to service.
