Narrative

Employee stated EE was attempting to straighten and align a roof bolt into the drill pot chuck using both hands. When EE tried to straighten the bolt, it suddenly spun around causing EE to awkwardly lunge forward. This sudden motion caused a sharp pain in EE's right shoulder. Employee was transported to the doctor where X rays indicated negative for any fractures.
