## Narrative

EE walked into a piece of wire mesh, caused him to fall backwards. Rt knee began to hurt. Eval. detected torn meniscus. Opinion of surgeon who repaired knee was that tear was more likely to have happened because of the extensive pre-existing degeneration. Degeneration process from working 37 years has weakened meniscus, making it more susceptible to injury. Dr. note is included.
