Narrative

Employee was attempting to load an oxygen cylinder for welding into a scoop bucket. EE was carrying the cylinder and stepped on a loose rock. EE slipped, buckling right knee. The cylinder fell across the back of right leg and right knee. EE felt a ""pop"". Results of the injury reveal a torn meniscus.
