Despite having gravel and scoria spread throughout the ready line, an operator conducting a pre-shift examination slipped in the parking ditch at the ready line and fell. Initially the employee did not report an injury. On 1/22/2016 the employee reported that ee back was sore and wanted to see a doctor.
