Narrative

Employee had stepped up on stack of plywood and over on stack of 2x10s to pull down 2x4s. Employee misgauged EE's step while stepping backwards and fell down 29"" landing on EE's feet and slipping falling on stack of plywood. EE worked the following day. EE was taken to see company doctor and place on restrictions January 25.
