A roof fall (50'length X 10' high X 16' wide)was found in the 6-North Right Return in the # 6 entry between Spad # 7070 and Spad # 6708. This did obstruct the walkway but did not involve any other compliance issues. No equipment was involved and no other 50.20 criteria applies. The fall approaches will be dangered off, supported and walkway rerouted.
