Narrative

On 1/26 a maintenance employee was transporting an oxygen bottle using a dolly. The dolly shifted away from the employee and EE grabbed a handrail with one hand and the dolly with the other to try and stabilize the dolly. This caused EE to feel discomfort in lower abdomen. EE was diagnosed with a hernia.
