Narrative

Employee presented ongoing shoulder pain and limited use of left arm growing increasingly worse.No event noted. MRI shows degenerated superior labrum, mild tendinopathy, and glenoid fossa chondramalacia, and mild AC joint arthrosis. Employee has done primarily bull gang/utility work. This has been identified as an illness. MRI results were received on February 4th.
