The main conveyance in the Rodeo Shaft had malfunctioned at 14:48, which caused the hoist to stop. There were two (2) employees on the bonnet conducting a shaft inspection when the conveyance stopped. The conveyance was repaired and put back into service at 15:35. It was found that a loose connection in the PLC cabinet was the cause of the malfunction.
