## Narrative

Employee was walking to the miner when EE struck EE's head on a belt hanger and injured EE's neck. (Employee worked the following day, had a personal day in for the 21st. EE went for medical attention and was put off work. There was no work scheduled for the 22nd, 23rd and 24th.) Began missing scheduled work on the 25th.
