Employee was climbing up steps on an ejector truck and felt pain in employee's right knee. The pain got worse over the next week and employee began missing work on 2/4/16 with an initial diagnosis of strain/sprain with a referral to a specialist. No problem with mining machines, PPE, training or compliance issues.
