Narrative

Employee was uncoupling an 1.5 inch frozen line and was saturated with cement. The cement entered EE's boot without EE realizing due to freezing temperatures. EE worked until 2/1/2016 when EE required medical attention for 2nd degree burns to the top of EE's right foot.
