## Narrative

Miner was inspecting Miracle Run Elevator when it stopped, resulting in an entrapment from 1:25 am to 5:50 am. Investigation discovered a field connector failed in controller panel which shut down and de-energized the elevator drive motor. No problems with mining methods, PPE, training, or compliance issues.
