Narrative

Employee was using a 36"" pry bar to move a motor away from a fluid coupling to replace the spider. Employee pried one side and was attempting to pry the opposite side. Employee pushed the pry bar and felt a ""pop"" in RIGHT shoulder. Employee kept working. Employee felt alright until they tried to raise RIGHT arm and felt pain in shoulder. Employee was placed on ""restricted duty"".
