Narrative

The employee was walking when they lost their balance causing them to trip and fall. When they caught self with right hand, felt pain in wrist. The following were not a factor: rules, regs, mining equipment or systems, protective devises, skills, proficiency or training. Attitude may have been a factor. The employee did not begin to lose time until 2/8/16.
