Narrative

Employee works indoors in the Saw Shop. Employee was taking a piece of stone from a table when the end broke off. The employee stated, ""juggled the stone and my left ring finger got stuck between the stone and table."" The employee went into see the doctor and the doctor diagnosed injury as crush injury to the right ring finger.
