## Narrative

While Schindler Elevator Services was conducting required testing of the Sugar Run elevator and broke a pin off of the safety shoe. The safety shoe was replaced and the elevator was returned to service at 12:10 pm. No problems with training, PPE, mining methods or compliance issues.
