Narrative

EE was operating the tail end of the longwall shearer. The EE shut the shearer down and was going to set bits. In the process of EE changing bits a rock that measured 3'X3'X4"" fell from the mine roof beside the shield EE was going to stand under and struck EE in the R foot driving the EE down against the pan line. This caused the EE's little toe on EE's L foot to become fractured.
