Narrative

Employee was injured while watching to make sure the couplers of 8' pipes did not hang up while the pipes were being drug around a corner. When a pipe swung around the corner it struck EE in the shin of the left leg. EE was diagnosed as to have sustained fractures to both the shin bones in EE's left leg.
