Narrative

Drill crew were advancing 16 x 10 sections of casing. The driller did not realize that the 16 casing had moved up with the pipe into the bottom of the drill table. A blast of air and cuttings blew out one of the bushings that hit the driller on the back of EE's hard hat. The employee received 7 stitches and was released to full duty.
