Narrative

Electrician was working in a shallow trench tightening 2"" conduit, kneeling next to a ground wire. Backhoe operator, 25 feet away, snagged the ground wire with bucket, lifting the ground wire out of the ground and pinning the knee of the electrician against the ground wire and conduit.
