The ee was dismounting a dozer. While maintaining 3 points of contact, ee strained shoulder when used arm to put weight on hand rail. Following were not a factor: rules, regs, mining equipment or systems, protective devices, equipment, clothing, skills, proficiency or training. Attitude may have been a factor. Did not begin to lose time until 2/27/16
