Employee was jackhammering an area of buildup under a conveyor belt take up pulley that was elevated approximately 15-18"" above area employee was working. Upon startup of the conveyor a hard piece of cement fell from take up pulley area and struck the injured employee in the hard hat and left shoulder area.
