Narrative

The EE experience pain over time. EE went to EE's personal dr. 1/2016. EE had some tests done. Results indicated EE had Bilateral carpal tunnel. EE was advised to report this to employer. Reported on 2/8/16. Employee was evaluated and an appointment was made to see specialist on 3/10. The injury was determined that work was 80% of cause. Injury demined recordable on 3/10/2016
