Moil Guide handler was removing a cap that was stuck on the mill with left hand while holding the moil guide with right hand. EE slid the moil guide off the moil toward the mill pinching left index finger. Corrective actions include using a tool to remove caps by someone other than moil guide handler. LRT will be removed when removing caps.
