Employee was walking on the old mainline near four south with bundle of five bolts on EE's shoulder when EE tripped and fell. As EE fell EE struck EE's right shoulder against a water prop. There were no compliance issues. It didn't involve job skills proficiency training or attitude PPE or protective devices no equipment involved. No other part 50 criteria applies.
