## Narrative

The employee stated EE was installing belt hangers when EE reached for EE's wrench that had fell over on the drill pot when EE's drill steel fell down striking the tip of right ring finger. The steel fractured the tip of EE's finger and caused a laceration that required sutures. EE returned to work EE's next shift. This is a medical reportable incident.
