## Narrative

Employee was helping co-worker replace a 6 inch plastic ""T"" waterline in the conveyor belt entry. After replacing the old ""T"" they turned the water back on and was examining the ""T"" for leaks when the 6 inch ""T"" burst causing pieces of the pipe to strike EE in the face.
