Employee was welding on a metal tank (over a 3 day period) with a rubber & painted coating. While welding EE inhaled toxic fumes and had trouble breathing & flu like symptoms. On 3-10-16 EE went to the Evergreen Clinic for testing, was prescribed meds & has to return for further testing.
