Employee was hanging C/M cable at the mouth or 16 Headgate. The injured employee was assigned the job task of changing out the section scoop charger on 16 Headgate with one that was outby. In the process of the injured employee lifting the C/M cable to move it out of the way, the employee felt a pain in employee's lower back.
