## Narrative

While using an air drill to install roof bolts alongside a conveyor belt, a bolt bent and pinched the employee's fingers of EE's left hand between the bolt and a support chain.  The employee did have on metacarpal gloves but failed to recognize the hand pinch potential of the placement of EE's hands.  The employee was properly trained in this job function.
