## Narrative

Mechanic was loosening a bolt from a discharge hose when the wrench slipped, and EE fell on their back. EE's hand hit the water hose valve, cutting and fracturing pinky finger. EE was taken to the ER, diagnosed with acute back strain and fractured pinky, taken off work pending follow up with orthopedic specialist. CURRENTLY ONGOING
